About Me
I love people. I really do. I’m endlessly fascinated by who people are, what they’re capable of, and what can get tangled up along the way.
My work starts by paying attention. I listen for the story underneath the story. I notice patterns, strengths, and possibilities that can be hard to see when you’re standing in the middle of your own life.
Together, we sort through the noise, name what’s true, and figure out what moving forward can actually look like.
I’ve spent more than 20 years working with people through education, leadership, ministry, communications, and community spaces. I’m an ICF-trained coach with a background in Corporate Communications, but experience and credentials are only part of what I bring into the room.
What matters most to me is that you feel seen. Safe enough to be honest. Challenged when you need it. Reminded of what’s already strong in you. And a little lighter when you leave than when you walked in.
I’ve been called “kinda like a lifejacket,” and I still love that description. I’m not here to run your life or hand you all the answers. I’m here to get beside you, help you see what you may not be able to see yet, and say, “Come on. Let’s go.”

Approach
I believe some of the biggest shifts happen when we finally have the space to slow down, say what’s really going on, and look at it through a different lens.
That’s where I come in.
I listen closely. I ask questions. I notice patterns, strengths, and possibilities that can be hard to see when you’re standing in the middle of your own story.
Together, we untangle what feels complicated, challenge what may no longer be true, and get clear about what matters now.
And then we move.
Because clarity is powerful, but I don’t want you to leave with a page full of insights and no idea what to do with them. We turn what we uncover into practical next steps that fit your life, your season, and where you want to go.
Whether I’m working one-on-one, with a young person, or with a room full of leaders, my approach is the same: see the whole person, tell the truth with care, make room for possibility, and help people move forward.
